operate Monday to Wednesday only between the hours of
09:00 and 17:00 GMT
Outside
of these hours a telephone answering facility is available.
Messages and emails will be dealt with as soon as possible.
VAT
Prices shown
on these pages include VAT at 20%.
Orders from
EC customers who are registered for VAT must supply
a valid VAT number to qualify for tax exemption.
VAT
is not applied to orders sent to countries outside the
European Union.
Shipping
Several
options are available for goods to be sent within the
UK and overseas, depending on size and weight, and whether
normal or guaranteed delivery times are required.
These options will be detailed in our response to your
enquiry.
Payment
We
accept payment by cheque (drawn on a UK bank), or by
VISA/MASTERCARD. Cheques to be
made payable to Metalsmith (Leeds) Ltd.
For
security reasons, customers making card payments may
wish to submit their card details by phone.
